Im trying to sell my bike and i had 2 guys came by to check it out around 8. So now…since (omg they are black) my mom , dad, brothers all think they are gonna come back, break into our house, steal my bike, cars, rape my mom, and possibly pillage our house and steal everything we own while we are asleep or gone… I understand that, yeh, its a possibility, But i mean really? Its so freaken ridiculous that my mom is actually crying and yelling at me, personally i cant help but laugh at this. Do any of you ever have people come to your house to look at any item you are trying to sell? Or am i the only idiot in the world that does something like that.

Most of my initial contact with potential sellers happens over the email, where I get a basic idea of what I’m dealing with.

After that, I get them to talk over the phone so that I can confirm if they are genuine or not.

Often, these two steps work in getting to real buyers and haven’t really had issues with posers.

First off, decide how much you can lower it ( example: $300,000 reduced to 260,000) Then tell ALL Realtors in the area that you are holding a "four hour ( you can reduce or increase the time) $40,000-( or whatever you decide) deduction sale" this weekend. Hold an open house sort -of thing that weekend, and the bids will start piling in. This is a proven method to sell a house SUPER fast, due to the pressure of having only four hours to get the deduction. this a scary sale, but it works.
