It’s $400 – $600 to take online course. I would have to pay agents between 30 – 50K to sell and buy a new house. I’m thinking how hard can it be.

you won’t be able to list it on the MLS service without paying for that and if you aren’t associated with a realtor – you might not be able to list it at all
you’ll have to pay all the advertising costs yourself, be available for all the open houses obviously, find buyers yourself since hardly anyone will know about your house being for sales since it won’t be on MLS

Still think it’s really worth it? and I’m not a real estate agent and have no family members who are – I’m a RE investor – just starting out, but I know I wouldn;t have all that time to devote to the process without help from an agent


I’ve found a site online that sells high-quality, weather-proof, artificial flowers. They are expensive, but they last for a long time. I want to plant a few along the front of the house and in some window boxes from second floor windows. Is this tacky? I’m not a gardening girl, to me its just another chore.

‘I guess it’s up to the individual, I personally wouldn’t do it. To me it’s like putting pink flamingos in the front yard with bleach bottle windmills.
If you don’t like gardening and the "chore" of it, why not try some small size flowering shrubs. With very little or no maintenance.

I have heard about the tax credit for current home owners who buy a new house. However, my wife and I are thinking of buying a new house, moving into it and making it our primary residence and then offering our current residence as a rental property. Do you need to sell your current primary residence in order to take advantage of the tax credit? Any sort of online reference for your answer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I would like to know of any store that you order computer hardware/ parts/ accesories from that has reeeeeeeeeeeally good prices, good quality brand names, and that is in the US and around California. Assume I have all the premission an lisense’s I need to have a store online and I have my site set up. I have a pretty big basement and can set it up to hold inventory. Im trying to sell my bike and i had 2 guys came by to check it out around 8. So now…since (omg they are black) my mom , dad, brothers all think they are gonna come back, break into our house, steal my bike, cars, rape my mom, and possibly pillage our house and steal everything we own while we are asleep or gone… I understand that, yeh, its a possibility, But i mean really? I have seen houses listed by this company. They apparently give you signs to hang as well when listing your house b/c the one I saw had a sign out from, which is how I heard about this website.
