To whoever made …
To whoever made this video, what a complete retard. Are you just trying to get attention or seem smart? Over 50% shop online, lol. Like that is informative. Over 86% of buyers shop on line. Know something before you post scare tactics. We are held more accountable then buyers and sellers or people that try to scam. If it wasn’t 4 realtors the whole buying and selling process would be a mess. Way more upright realtors then public. We keep things legal and honest. Christina McKee, REALTOR
They will have to …
They will have to qualify for a loan to purchase your house. That is the best way and safest way so that you are no longer liable for the loan amount. I don’t know that details, but your parents should go to a mortgage broker (or their bank) and get preapproved before you do anything else. Did you transfer the deed already?
You mean RE Broker? …
You mean RE Broker? RE Agents ARE employed; by a Broker.
I had a question …
I had a question about trading a house. I have a house right now and still owe 142k to my bank lender. Now my parents want to trade their paid in full house for my house, Witch we did, but the loan remains under my name. How do we get my loan of 142k to switch to his name?
This is a terrible …
This is a terrible video full of BAD and completely inaccurate information.
I wish I could get back the 2 minutes and 10 seconds of my life that wasted watching it.
This video blows!
This video blows!
This video is …
This video is absolute junk. Its a marketing ploy for a company selling something on the internet. Selling without an agent is so stupid
I’m offering 1% …
I’m offering 1% finders fee on my 63 unit apartment for sale in Thunderbay Ontario. That’s $22,500.00 in your pocket if you bring the buyer to the table. This is no joke. It will be a win win situation if I can sell my building so please try and find me a buyer and I’ll gladly pay you 1% of the purchase price which amounts to 22.5k. Please email this to all your friends who might need money. Details at: mshinvestments(.)com

As previous …
As previous comments stated, many of the things suggested by this video are a violation of state law and against the Code of Ethics that Realtors agree to operate by.
There are always …
There are always bad apples. But in my state, you’ll lose your license if you don’t put your client first. Any Realtor worth their salt will work first for their clients, knowing that in the end, those clients will recommend them to another person.
Talk about a worst …
Talk about a worst case scenario broker, I know many more brokers that work their butts off to be taken advantage of by their clients and these discount brokers are going broke left and right leaving only the high dollar guys.
well lets put it …
well lets put it this way, there is always a smartass trying to “open“ your eyes and show you the `smartest` tricks in the market but lets be honest who actually have the time to learn all those little secrets to beat the professinals who has been doin their job for a lifetime. even though its a good thing to do your homework you simply just cant know everything! thats how we all somehow make a living
okay, I’ll give you …
okay, I’ll give you a different perspective. I’m not in sales, but “how to” videos/books/websites are also in the business of slandering a chosen profession in which they elected to target. Why? As you put it, it’s called business. That’s how these “how to” organizations make their money. This video was most likely made by a failed RE professional who figured he/she could make more money slandering the profession.

@GatewayRE
Clearly you’re not an objective party. I’m in the biz and you and I both know that shmucks do exist in our industry. I’m going to post a negative response to anyone I think fits that category.
After I finished …
After I finished laughing at this video and the poor soul who posted it I started thinking that he’s the guy down the street with the FSBO sign in the yard for the last 2 years…wondering why his home isn’t selling…probably smells like dog and he thinks it’s just beautiful. Just shop for a Broker who’s sold several hundred homes successfully and do what they tell you…you’ll net MORE not less.
If agents thought …
If agents thought or behaved the way this video warns they do, they would never survive in this business.
Did the producer of …
Did the producer of this video get their information from criminals that used to sell stolen goods on the streets of major cities? Yes, there are a tiny percentage of people who will try these “tricks” on clients but Realtors are professionals who want RETURN BUSINESS and they know they won’t get it if they rip off their clients! My family’s been in the RE business since the late 1950′s and we’re still going strong working with both original clients and new ones because we’re ethical like most
Real Estate Agents …
Real Estate Agents are not employed, they are self-employed independent or affiliated contractors. Employees get taxes paid through the employer, an agent pays his own taxes and runs his own business. This seems to be a common misconception. An employer can tell an employee how to execute a certain job, an agent is hired for a fee to do a job but has the freedom to complete the task as it suits him.
My advice, move on …
My advice, move on to the next broker . Agent acting as the video portrays will lead to a short lived career. Could it be possible that this scorned client was working with the seller’s agent? Remember, seller’s agents have an obligation to the seller. They held by laws to disclose defects, but are not required to advise you favorably. Always get your own experienced representation that puts your interest first. This is a hideously exaggerated video.
Wow if there was …
Wow if there was any agent who acted like that by not presenting all offers, they would be fired from my brokerage. Yes I know there are some bad apples out there but the majority of agents are here to help the seller get the most for their money.
what a load of …
what a load of misinformation this video has! yeah, go ahead and hold out for what YOU think your home is worth and do worry about those disclosures that the law says you as a FSBO still has to offer. May as well save that comission money to hand over to an attorney when they need to defend you in court. OH WAIT! THERE ARE PLENTY of books and websites to show you how to do that too.
I didn’t watch your …
I didn’t watch your video, because I refuse to watch ads on youtube.
Selling a house …
Selling a house without broker is possible, you can also go to court without a lawyer.
